Nuts, fruit and cheese, a smoothie, a hard boiled egg with a small glass of fruit juice, even a small serving of leftover dinner. Anything that has both protein and carbs in it is a great thing before bedtime.

Thanks, Atomic i tried my level best to increase my protein intake to 90 grams. But its always on 50 gram no matter what i do .as i don't eat chicken everyday so it's increase 90 gram on that day only when i eat chicken. Is it going to harm my sway with 50 gram protein?

The most important thing is to be eating more protein than you were, but that is VERY low. That is what I recommend for pink swayers. I would try to find some ways to get up at least to 70 g if possible.

    Those drinks are fine.

For protein bars, while I prefer real food, I allow some protein bars for times when you need to eat on the run. I prefer ones that are made from real food like nuts or they even have some meat based ones now. Whey protein is second best. I would avoid soy protein and limit pea-based protein to occasional use only.
