    Back again

So DS5 was supposed to be our last, but DH has agreed to one more.
DS5 was just a loose sway, this time I want to try a bit harder.
My plan is to begin with walking daily and going veggie, then gradually building to running and vegan.
I'm 34, DH is 51, he takes medication for his heart (warfarin, statins, beta blockers)
Is there anything new I should be aware of?

Also is it possible to change my username as I've noticed when I click on my name it takes me to another user's profile whose name is almost exactly the same

Skipping breakfast, went veggie about 4 months prior to ttc, but I wasn't very strict on it. Went the couch potato route as I wasn't great at sticking to exercise. My diet wasn't great, nutrition wise, and I had just cut milk from my morning coffee not long before falling pregnant.
Because of DH age and the fact I've never fallen pregnant when doing frequent release we didn't mess with that side of things.
Anecdotal, but I was also smoking at the time, and drinking more regularly than I usually would, DH was also on the medication mentioned in the first post. I was 33 and he was 50 at the time of conception.

If there's any way to include exercise, I would do that. Especially if you're not going to do the full diet and only go vegetarian/vegan, I really urge you to exercise.

You can have milk in your morning coffee, no worries there.

I would just let DH "do what he does" but try to have one attempt in the fertile window. Most of us do this at positive OPK just because it's easy enough to do at that point. Do not give him any other supplements on his medication.

I intend to include exercise this time, even just starting out with a brisk walk and building up to running. I looked at getting an exercise bike but don't really have the space.
I would like to do LE but just find it all so confusing making sure I get enough but not too much of essential things.

    Thanks, I will message her.

Don't worry about getting too much of "essential things". Just follow the limits for fat, protein, and calories. Do not worry about any other nutrients besides those things.

Yes it should be a very easy diet to stick with!

We started off thinking we needed to worry about stuff like that but we soon learned it's just the biggies! (though do still avoid vitamins and highly fortified foods)
