Hi there - just wondering if you know of the best fibre supplements I should be buying in the UK and dosage?

Any fiber supp that you like, that you can easily get at the chemist, is fine. There's no special type better than any other.

I can't give doses because the doses vary by type and brand. Just use the lower range of dose on the bottle.
