    I'm Baaaaccckk + DH question

    Hey all you lovely ladies!
    I was here a few years ago, but wound up not swaying following some personal life problems. Back now and trying to get a plan in action! Hoping to buy a plan soon when I've got the money ready, but first want to lay out an exercise routine for us both.
    DH is currently overweight, but also carries muscle (naturally stocky and old athlete) and does some isometric/strength exercises. No real cardio. I planned to have him start jogging again and stop the other during sway time, but then I read that obese DH sways girl. Would we be better off to stop all exercise and hold the weight or stop strength and DH just do cardio? I will, of course, be starting my cardio [emoji28][emoji24].
    DH has no other children, so we have no idea what his sperm do! I have two boys (4,5) though from my previous partner.

    The question of "what would be better" is just one of those crystal ball questions I just can't answer. I know that biking likely sways pink, and I know that chubby hubby likely sways pink, but I can't do the straight across comparison between the two. I would do whichever option appeals to him.

    For YOU, it's better to exercise!
