Hello Atomic,
I have a few questions. First, if a man smokes marijuana will that affect sway? My SO wants to start smoking marijuana occasionally when he gets out of the military shortly and he believes that marijuana raises sperm count and improves sperm quality, which sways blue? We are hoping for a girl. Let me know what you think.
My SO also chews smokeless tobacco, ie "dip", will this help a girl sway or is it actual cigarettes that help sway pink? Of course, we know it is terrible for him but if it will continuing dip will help sway then he will still use. Also, he likes to smoke cigars every now and then, this will help?
Also, does heavy drinking sway, he does drink a lot, of course, another bad habit but just wondering if this sways pink...
Thanks, Atomic!

We believe it sways pink and no it does not raise sperm count or improve quality. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/marijua...s%20frequently. and also this https://www.verywellmind.com/marijua...ertility-63517
I know there's some study out there that claims to find the opposite but every fertility doc out there will say NO that isn't the case and they have people stop smoking MJ to help their sperm.
We do believe that dip will sway pink and I've had several blue swayers (so they had all girls and wanted a boy) whose hubs did chew. So while it hasn't been studied that I have seen, we do think it sways pink. Smoking has been shown in a couple good studies and in our results to be pink friendly. The ONE thing my husband did deliberately different between our boys and our girl was that he inexplicably took up smoking a pipe at the age of 40.
We believe heavy alcohol use by the hubby sways pink as well though this is less hard to spot in the results than the smoking. The smoking has been much more prevalent among people with all girls.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you for that! Do you think the dipping was a major factor in conceiving a girl?

Yes! I really do. Of course swaying is not an exact science and doing one thing doesnt equal guaranteed success, but I really do. My blue sway with my second was almost flawless. Diet was on point, weightlifting, we were taking all our supplements, I'm super competitive, and we were doing e4d with three (w/ preseed) tries in my ovulation window.

Will this affect sway?
Does your husband come from a family of a lot of boys or girls? Mine has two brothers and that worries me. Like I know there isn’t a “gene” per se but everyone i know with husbands of all boys at minimum has a boy first if not all boys lol

That's actually not true and a lot of celebrities who came from all boy families have all/mostly girls like Ryan Reynolds, Rob Schneider, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Bill Cosby (sorry as I know he's a terrible person, but he came from a family of four brothers and had 4 daughters) the entire Whedon family (five boys but mostly daughters) and many others who I knew at one time and now can't remember LOL.
When we had all boys for so long people on my husband's side of the family told me again and again "well you can't help it, it's in the genes" and this is because his grandma and grandpa (who was one of 3 boys) had 5 boys before getting a girl. But if you looked at everyone in my husband's generation, literally every set of cousins was GB or BG, and then the following generation we were the only people in the family who had all boys and one of the cousins (male) even had all girls! Yet everyone was just sooo convinced "it was the genes".
That is one heck of a selective set of genes, KWIM? when we look at stuff like this, we often are looking for patterns but if we cast the net a bit wider, and I start asking questions I find that the cousins actually had girls or that there were sisters, but only one, etc that kind of thing.
While there are def. some families that have more boys than girls, that doesn't mean that it's genetic or set in stone and I have a big explanation here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...f-that-gender= and here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...make-boys.html!!! What atomic said! I used to worry about that a lot until I read through this site and looked up some stuff on google scholar! My hubby is the only boy and has three sisters and my family is all girls so I used to get really worked up about it
