I explained the secondary estrogen surge here on the previous page. It's just a natural surge in estrogen at that point of the cycle that can sometimes trigger symptoms that seem like ovulation.

Oh ok.. surprisingly my LH is still dark today .. it’s CD28 for me.

Sometimes you will get a positive OPK around the time of your period, but have attempt just in case.

Got my period today ! I am really disappointed and lost all the hopes for being pregnant now! Can’t stop crying . I think will just give up now!

Not nearly as terrible as your situation but I was in a major accident literally the week we were going to start trying (and had done the diet time too). I’ve had to put it off for health reasons and I feel awful - my emotions go from frustrated, to sad, to hopeful I’ll be healthy enough one day soon to try again. I’ve started to just lean into the mixed feelings.
