12 weeks till CD1 or ovulation?

I've been on the LE diet for 3.5 weeks so far (and lost 5 lb!) and I'm just curious if I need to have completed 12 weeks on the diet by the time the cycle we plan to try starts or by the time ovulation comes. As the end of 12 weeks for me is the beginning of a fertile window and I'm just curious if we should wait and till the next cycle to ensure I've had enough time.

    Thanks so much

I think it’s just 12 weeks before your attempt? I’m 12 weeks on LE PCOS diet this cycle (right when I should be ovulating) so we are going to TTC this month

Thats so exciting!! Pink dust to us both! Yeah I think we will try the earlier cycle as I'm not sure I can maintain this weight loss too long! Plus with 1 attempt I'm thinking it may take a few cycles to get pregnant anyway!
