I've never taken BBT before.
From what I've read I need to take it as soon as I wake up.
Take it before I get out of bed.

Anything else I should know?

It's best to take it vaginally as well, that's what my doctor told me and that's how I checked mine. It's more accurate.

LOL Flava Thanks. I DTD just once, Just like how I did with my DS. We DTD on O-1 (According to FF) I think It's little more than 24 hours, maybe 30 hours before O.
