Hello all. I wondered if it is ok, if there is anyone in the UK who would be willing to help guide me a little? This all seems so much to get into?

Hi! I can help you, even though I'm not in the UK. That's what I am here for. I have had hundreds, probably thousands of clients in the UK and helped even more people for free. I'm fairly knowledgeable about the NHS and British foods and products. Just let me know how I can help!

Let atomic guide you as she knows her stuff. You may get advice that’s not quite right otherwise. There’s a forum on here for UK gals though which is useful for talking about food ideas.
I think keeping it simple is the key so you don’t get overwhelmed. Diet, one attempt and cardio exercise are the best things to get to grips with first. Don’t read too much more at the moment as it becomes a big messy boggle in your brain and can leave you overwhelmed.2013
