Hi ladies, I've been meaning to join the group since finding out
I had my first scan recently and given due date of 25th May.
Currently 13 weeks 4 days.
Whats your thoughts on the nub theory...
I did sent my pictures to have them read and I got girl guesses... I done more of a boy sway so I'm now desperate to find out.

I think nub theory can be accurate with the right picture at the right gestation. I think some ladies on this site are pretty good with the nub theory if you want to post it on one of the guessing threads

I’ve had some brown discharge (TMI) and been to emergency because I’m so fearful something will go wrong or is wrong. Baby still has a heartbeat and looked happy. I’m not really any clearer on why or where the old blood came from, I’m praying it’s going to resolve. My obs noticed my placenta is low so he’ll keep an eye on that. My NIPT results are probably 3 working days away and my nuchal scan is in a week. I’m so scared

I have just caved and bought a sneakpeak on blackfriday sale - which I know is stupid as I've read enough here I wouldn't believe any result I got anyway (if it came back girl I'd be too worried it was too early for male DNA to show, and if it showed boy I"d think maybe it had got contaminated from my sons or husband!) But I'm finding time really dragging and so I just wanted something to break it up!

It really is reddevil. I’m not sure what I feel right now. Relief that the baby is healthy but heartache that our dynamic is different to what I dreamed, confused by feeling “girl” this whole time so it feels like the rug has been pulled from under me, upset because I know we were content with 3 and now I’m putting strain on our whole family by having another baby. I don’t know.. I wish I felt joyous just right now I’m a bit lost and sad.

Thank you for your kind support Polaris. It’s going to take a little while to process I think. I was fearful of how I’d feel if it was another boy but had so many girl signs that I though there was a chance we got our dream. I feel like I should be grateful (and I am) but I really should of considered having a boy for my 4th before I committed. I thought our sway would work again because I also had a loss and my age as extra tactics so to speak but it didn’t work and now I have a lot to get my head around... I hope I cope mentally, emotionally and physically with this pregnancy, I feel like I could of pushed through for a girl now I just feel like I’ve tipped everything over the edge

I was obsessing over ways to find out gender to past the time too reddevil. Frustratingly they all came back girl and now my NIPT says boy so I’m completely lost after having false hope x
