I paid for Dream Member Access but still can't access the forums?

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen?

I paid via PayPal for a dream member account so I can access the forums, and the payment went through (I have the paypal receipt), but now when I try and access the forums it says I don't have permission?

Atomic, can you please help with this?

Which forums particularly are you trying to access? You're showing up as a Dream Member to me so I just wanted to be sure that you're accessing the DM forums instead of the Custom Sway Plan forums (this does happen sometimes) They have pretty much the same info in them, so if you were clicking on the Custom Sway forums I can direct you to the same info in the DM section.

I just want to get a copy of the immediate download version, which it says I can access as a member, but when I click the link it says:

"Cookies22, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. If the link or page said Dream Membership Required, you will first need to upgrade your Membership. If you are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system

Ok yes that's a different thing than the Dream Membership. The Immediate Download plan is more money than the Dream Membership and isn't included in the DM.

Can you show me where it says that as a Dream Membership you have access to that?

If you purchased and instant download plan, I do not see anything with the same email address that you login to GD with. If you want to PM your PayPal email, I can see what you purchased and then add it to your GD account. I can see you had an purchase of a plan that expired but nothing past that. Thank you
