I was also thinking maybe I’m low on some of that stuff bc food would just go through me totally undigested. And quickly too w lots of gas! Now taking the enzymes a few days I have more normal poos so maybe that in itself will correct the deficiencies? I just really don’t want to take the pill stuff I’d rather get from food sources!

Keep in mind though that when you eat a lot of nuts, fruit, veg and healthy stuff like that, it does go thru you pretty "whole" looking and it can cause gas too. That's not unusual or wrong, that is actually considered healthy in a high fiber, natural foods diet, especially at the start. (Enzymes can help with this!) If you have an underlying digestive issue causing malabsorption, that should be treated rather than just compensated for. I have people who have ulcerative colitis and Crohn's Disease, who are swaying pink, even, who don't have those types of deficiencies. I just don't see, as you were taking supplements and eating really good already, I'm just saying, take it with a grain of salt before taking things (like that Vitamin A, that's the type of thing that makes me break out in a sweat at 3 am worrying about you guys). It's not that I think the tests are dishonest per se but more like I wonder if the baseline "normal" they use is some sort of level that can only be attained with high doses of supplements. So what then looks like a deficiency is actually a perfectly normal, healthy level.
I think the notion of taking some of the things and not the others is a good middle ground! Keep me posted how it goes, if the digestive issues get better on the enzymes, as this is how I learn is from you guys kindly sharing your experiences with me!!!! Yeah I am used to eating tons of fiber since 2012 I went whole food plant based so you can’t have anything but whole unprocessed foods and stuff - then added the powders mega mixes after having my son to try to get healthy again…. Just like stuff was running through me too fast it was not normal like just last nights dinner verbatim in the toilet all floating around and such…. No shape and you could tell what everything was. And would happen like 5/6 times over the course of the day. I would warn “tmi” but if anyone is on here I don’t think they label anything as tmi it’s a gender swaying site for goodness sake… anyways the enzymes and probiotics have definitely helped I take them with each meal and have alottttt less gas and just feeling generally less pain and bloated and irritated in the guts.
