What kind of scan have you got planned?
Fertility assessments are definitely not fun after TTC for 2 years with my 1st, I was a little too used to pelvic scans & not feeling as embarrassed to be 1/2 naked LOL

It must be weird to be able to eat all you want after fasting all day for a month! remember that the fatsing probably also had an impact on your stomach capacity to an extent so ease into it so it becomes easier to eat the food you need for HE :P
what was your diet diet before starting to sway?

I had transvaginal scan. lol yeah I was a bit nervous about the scan but it went alright. I need to wait for the results now.

my diet before sway.. was just anything available. I was a good breakfast eater and I dont snack between meals.. my meals used to be 3 times a day and also I dont drink so much water.. but other drink like juice and squash.. that’s how it used to be before i started to sway and while I had my girls

Seeing all the successful blue sways in 2023 - knowing there haven't been many blue swayers around - is encouraging..

It definitely sounds like you have made big changes to your diet since having your girls so you're doing great!
Has your husband had any testing done? is he taking any supps?
I think you live in the UK, right?

(I can't seem to get mine to agree to take ANY this time - he just tells me that any vitamins go straight through you so there are useless last time we were getting ready TTC (and had an oops before starting) he said he felt he was just a "machine" used to make a baby and I was trying to forcefeed him supps...which I wasn't even!! so it's an uphill battle to get anything in him - sigh)

DH did semen test and everything came back normal. yes we live in UK . DH do take supps but sometimes I do have to remind him as he go off the track .. lol
If I was you, I wouldn’t worry too much about DH’s supps if he is not happy at all. we cant force them unfortunately. i know so many people around me who doesn’t take any supps at all and still have boys so DHs supps could be a minor one as he still gets vitamins from food. you can definitely do other factors and it all adds up.. hope we get our boys soon [emoji170] [emoji4]

How cool it’d be,eh?!
I mean they now have advanced AI but the human body still eludes us all sooo much .. it’s both fascinating and crazy ( and somewhat infuriating �� )

I think that is the right attitude - and one I have tried to embrace especially after DD4 snuck in and I didn't get to sway

I am on CD5 today.. we may start attempt from CD6/7.. fxfx for both of us.

are you planning to try unprotected throughput the cycle or just the 3 attempts closer to O - in july ..

Keeping my fingers crossed for you!
We did have intercourse without protection in the early parts of my cycle before I fell pregnant with DD4 and she snuck in early (would have been a BD on CD 8 or 9!) so am really scared to not use protection until we are actually TTC.
So will keep using condoms until the cycle of TTC - and then no condoms at all once in the attempt cycle to get that semen exposure prior to attempting (but kinda scared of having a BD early and DH then not wanting TTC or unable to perform and be left with one batch of sperm = 1 attempt) - and hopefully get 3+ BDs in the fertile window

How have you been doing things - unprotected all the time?
