Yes it's all good to start the HE Diet and supps in advance of a sway! Just be cautious not to lose too much weight.

Totally not trying to enable you - but I live overseas from our families so have 0 help (in fact, we are going back to visit for the 1st time in 5 years next week!) as well and have 4 kids...and work FT. It's darn hard but honestly 4 wasn't really that much harder than 3
Hope you'll be content with whatever choice you make ^^
Lucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas (2013) (2015) (2018) (2021) and 1 sweet boy (2024) that completed our family

Gosh LMSM to me you’re a superhero [emoji3059] I’m not in work atm and some days are so hard! Fair play to you! But yes I’ve heard before that the transition between 2-3 is harder than 3-4 [emoji2957] we’ve a wedding in October and I’m going back home for Xmas so we’ll postpone the decision till early next year. My husband is one of 9 so he really wants anotherS [emoji23] but I’m not 100% convinced yet [emoji23][emoji170]
