COT/BSD 2x/day, = cream of tartar/baking soda drink
ASG 2x/day, = alker seltzer gold (or Ural)
ASV 4-6x/day = Apple Cider Vinegar I think?
BSF = Baking Soda Finger
BSD = Baking Soda Drink
