    You would have to eat more carrots than is humanly possible (and turn bright orange) before you could get anywhere near the amount of Vit. A in one vitamin.

    I see EPO mentioned, I got told to stop taking EPO a few days before O

    For right now, your body's need of nutrients for health vastly outweighs the potential problems from the EPO (delaying O and causing uterine cramping.)
