    Walking or running when swaying blue

    WHen you are swaying blue can you run or walk on threadmill.Will that have any negative impact on my sway. As the boy diet is so unhealthy i definately dont want to gain wait.

    They say to try not to loose weight for a boy sway, and lifting weights is very good.

    Moderate exercise, including walking/jogging, is fine as long as you are not losing weight (and pref. gaining it.) Don 't exercise more than 4-5 times a week, 45 minutes per day.

    Lifting weights is great too and will really help you raise your testosterone.
