Kell you don't have to tell them your pregnant at this stage unless the nature of the job might have a negative impact on your pregnancy health and safetly and all that jazz. I changed jobs when I was 11 weeks pregnant with DS1 but did tell them. Luckily I'd worked there before and they were in a tight spot so my past experience was more important than the fact I wasn't going to stay for the long haul.

I suppose it's how you feel about it. Do you think it will hinder your chances of getting the job if they knew? I know that they can't not hire you on that basis but may find another excuse or pick someone else over you because of it.

Charlie that holiday sounds fab! We stayed at one of the featherdown farms Feather Down Farm Days in Devon glamping at the end of the summer! And it was lovely it's like a large canvas tent with a wooodburning stove and large farmhouse table inside and beds. We had our own chicken coop outside which the boys loved! There are lots of pictures on their website. Think it was £300 for a week so a very cheap family holiday there was only four of us but the tents sleep six, so a great value holiday for those of you that'll have 4 kids! Can't speak of it highly enough and they have farms all over the country. Great holiday for a few families to go on at the same time as the kids can all play in the field whilst the adults drink wine.

DP did wonder if they did simular things abroad so your holiday sounds right up our street!

Sunset unfortunately the diet is all too easy to stick to all i've eaten today is a bowl of rice crispies at 2pm and drunk some milk and I am in no way hungry!?? I'm sure this is how eating disorders start! Hopefully when I get my BFP i'll regain a normal attitude to food i've always been a massive foodie as well!

Kell ~ you should definitely go for the job if that's what you want you don't need to tell them you're pregnant until you're 15 weeks!

Maybebaby ~ glad to hear your dh is up for relate, that's a great start!

Inglewood ~ luckily my ds1 knows what's coming with the jabs since he has to have jabs every year anyway because of his heart condition, but what he didn't know was that he had to have 2 jabs today usually he doesn't even flinch, but he cried today so i don't think the nurse did a very good job :/ it's really horrible isn't it.. but no more jabs now until october next year! Enjoy your maternity jeans! i wish i would have treated myself to some nice clothes because i'm so fed up with lazy pants.. can't wait to wear normal clothes again and make an effort

Lavenderlime ~ that doesn't sound like much at all.. what will you have for tea?

Deaks ~ how are you today?

Misswilko ~ miss your posts on here. enjoy your break over christmas!

Lavender - I've been hankering after a Featherdown Farm holiday for a couple of years now! Unfortunately, even a few hundred quid is more than we have to spend on a holiday (and it's likely to be far more than that now we're restricted to school holidays!). We built an extension to our house last year which cost far more than we'd anticipated!! This year we just went to Legoland for the weekend so I might see if we can sneak in a weekend somewhere before the baby arrives

Thanks for thinking of me and my scan everybody - I just want to get it over with and get on with it, whatever the outcome!!

Just finished cooking rock buns for the Tudor feast tomorrow. Didn't the Tudors have rickets and eat weevils? Feel pg now all achy and can't bend down to open oven!

Feel a bit better as one of the other mums forgot to get her son dress up for Tudor day. I suggested Tudor pjs! These days get on my wick a bit. There is always some smart arse that shows all the other kids up dressed in genuine period costume borrowed from the Victoria and Albert museum! Why can't they do Victorian? Boot polish on the face and braces and hay presto one chimney sweep! Can you tell I am hormonal?

Like he would wear that again:-/ when I was a kid it was a tea towel and your undies! Kids these days ...

How you feeling deaks? Have a massive curry and a bottle of wine and relax over Christmas.
Thanks, hee hee, it was fun you knowing!
so annoying you missed the concert. I feel that they do expect a lot at the school, there is always something to get ready and bring in etc. You should have seen the costumes for the reception production, ridiculous! They each must have taken hours to make, not a tea-towel to be seen! It's such a pressure for parents. Well done for getting the buns done! I'm sure he'll have a great time tomorrow.

Really glad your dh is being helpful and agreeing to relate is brilliant. I have some friends going now and it is doing them the world of good.

Indigo - my son was the Only kid in a tea towel and a pillow case in the reception concert. Needless to say he was never offered a part again! Oh the shame :-(

One boy was dressed as turkey made of paper mashey, was unbelievably clever and that mum worked full time too! It is to much pressure. Everyone has been on eBay and I really don't want spend 30 on a one off outfit. I can afford it but it's such a waste of money. You wait till book day that's a Real PITA!
