I'm going to speculate that your pH will be low anyway because you'll be dry from the Clomid - and it's the EWCM at your fertile time which increases pH (if you're not DTD, which would be another reason for pH to go up).

well zanacal i presume it will be low, (fingers crossed) im def not going to take citirizine, may use some replens if ph is on the higher side, not sure about the douche may do one before attempt but not after, an prob get rid of vinegar tampon too, what do you think ?

what are the benefits from douching and tampons and gels anyway, i get them mixed up

Douching - lowers pH temporarily, kills sperm and washes away EWCM and if you do it after sex, removes some semen as well

tampons - lowers pH for however long it's in there, kills sperm and may absorb some semen and EWCM

jelly - easier and more sanitary, longer lasting, lowers pH, and if you use Rephresh it lasts for 3 days, if you use Sylk it's also a good lube

hmmmmmmmmm the fact that it will prob take a while doing this method is making me think now, if i did the 0-1 like most are suggesting how would you suggest to keep ph low up to that attempt, and how often should i do this (method of keeping ph low) ??

Your pH may be low to begin with if you have very little CM and also because of diet.

Personally, I think you may need to let go of the pH idea a little bit in favor of conception. lots of us have had pH opposites, both for boys and for girls.

RepHresh I think is the best and safest way. If you MUST use something, I would use RepHresh the full 3 days before my attempt day.

AS hun i have had a +opk last night and this morning on clearblue digital, i cant believe it, it must be down to the vitex, i was due to start it again today should i postpone this now due to me ovulating, saying that will i def ovulate now ive had those +opk's, i should do right ??, and im still thinking of taking the clomid even if i do get regular cycles back, is that wrong ??? sorry so many questions just a bit excited i may have my cycles back,
