Cramping?

This morning I decided to try feeling my cervix for the first time. I was a little nervous, but it was actually pretty easy. But now, I am feeling pretty crampy. Could that be from me checking this morning or is it coincidence?

Probably from you touching it. Have you ever been crampy after a pap smear? The cervix is pretty sensitive. I don't usually get crampy when I check mine, but I have been doing it for a long time. I bet your body will get more used to it.

Make sure your hands are VERY clean and be gentle, and you should be fine!

I'd say it was coincidence, unless you were particularly rough while checking and pushed it too hard, but i doubt that was the case, where are you in your cycle?

Today = CD14 - cervix soft - EWCM - negative OPK

Yes, it can make you crampy but also you could be having some O pains if it's around that time.
