Charlie and Babymad, I admire you both being able to wait!! I have NO patience!!! lol Although I didn't know what sex either of my babies were until born before. This time I had to, esp having 2 it lets me get better prepared, also my GD with ds2 when I SO thought he was a girl was tough, although we bonded from the min he was born, I didn't want to feel like that again, or how feel annoyed at myself like I am 5yrs later for feeling like that about him as he's just amazing! With ds1 I actually WANTED him to be a boy, as I desperately wanted Dh to have a son and then now years later he let me do all the 'swaying' etc to try to let me have my daughter. I will be crazy stalking u both near ur due dates!!!

Z, can't believe ur Dh said that about the chocs!!! Men! lol My Dh hasn't dared, YET!! lol And I know I have been overeating with all these xmas goodies about!! It's hard not to!! My back is so so sore too, never had back pain with boys was more sciatica and SPD, both of which are niggling away but never had back 'stiffness' like it, esp trying to get out of bed for a pee!! lol Did ur urinary prob's settle??

That's me all done for xmas! Decided to go to Sanisbury's in the next town, which luckily was quiet at 10am...but they didn't have lots I needed, so needless to say ended up in Adsa anyway! Mobbed, mobbed, mobbed!! Not easy xmas food shopping with a bump when people ram their trolley's into you! Feet up now after I get the boys from school they finish at 2.30pm....HYPER TIME!! lol then just a few things to wrap! Showed them their PNP meassage last night, went to bed crazy hyper, maybe should of shown them earlier, but was waiting for dh to come home from work and then he never bothered! men! Ds2 has a rash everywhere except his trunk!! got dr at 4pm, better to have it checked since it's a holiday wkend and with him having an ear infection last wk and ??? Hand foot and mouth?? which they said it wasn't! Chat later. x

Dare I say it but I'm almost done shopping, did the food shop cost a fortune but managed to finish off the stocking fillers!
Only thing I need to do is wrap everything and get a couple more bits for dp, not sure what yet but I'll find something! He actually wants money for gun dog training.

I'm having my sisters and dad over boxing day for a buffet but I can't think what to have! Will have rolls/bread, cooked turkey and ham, coleslaw, potato salad, pork pie. I'm stuck what else now, possibly cheese and crackers, salsa and other dips with crisps. Any other ideas? I'm not against cooking, could do a pasta maybe

I love rice salad - rice cooked with a stock **** then peas, peppers, spring onions, tomatoes. Everything else sounds good lots of picky nibbly food perfect for after xmas. Pigs in blankets?

I only have to provide pudding for xmas dinner am attempting profiteroles....as well as cooking DH his ham and fresh bread....depending on his behaviour if he doesnt apologise the dog will have a GOOD xmas

Oh and just for a laugh, my pee pot leaked in my pocket, I now have a pee coat! Oh the joys lmao!

My 3 year old sat and peed on the sofa next to me yesterday as so engrossed in tv and I thought what is that wet feeling, yuck!

Lol chocolate! Ds2 went through a phase of taking his nappy off and peeing where ever he fancied, drove me mad all I could smell was wee! And I couldn't find it half the time! Ewww

Hi Ladies! Hope everyone is doing well. I'm going to doc this afternoon for my crohns. Hopefully I can start to be titrated off the steroids I am on. I am feeling better, and Would really like to have attempt for January. I just hope doc is on board. I can see him wanting me on them for longer to be sure this flare is over.

I have been dieting pretty strict the last week. Then the last two days I was terrible. After I'm so mad about it. Will get back on the horse today, and I guess let myself have little cheats for Christmas. Do you think that makes that much of a difference for an attempt in the 4th week of January? If from the 1st week of January I'm super strict, and as much as I can from now until Jan 1st?

personally i think cheating xmas is totally acceptable and you should be fine for the end of jan....IMO but then i was a little sloppy with my diet i felt i changed as much as i could without losing the will to live! I think you have to do what you are comfortable with x

I never had a chance to mention but I think you will all get a laugh from this: I'm not sure how it started but my DS1 is obsessed with England. He loves the British soldiers and often pretend he is a "red coat"! He dresses up all the time in a huge redshirt, puts on a belt with a sword, and uses different objects to make a large black hat. He sometimes uses a black felt pirate hat and turns it sideways. He's even used his black lunch bag that is tall and narrow as a hat!! Its hysterical..DS2 of course joins him (16 months younger). It is the cutest thing you've ever seen. He told Santa he wanted red coat toys!
He was glued to the TV watching the Royal Wedding of William and Kate!! How adorable

lol that is so sweet x my BF little boy LOVES the royal wedding - i got him a mug for his birthday and he also got the royal wedding play set from early learning centre....she had it recorded on sky for ages as he loved to rewatch it all <3 so cute. Loving his different inventive outfits
