Just got back from my scan, YAY, healthy bean with heartbeat! I'm so happy. I was so nervous before hand as have had bad experiences in that unit, horrible sitting in exactly the same area but this time good news! I know I am not in the clear but so far so good. Phew, all that sickness is worth it. I will put up a pg ticker now!

Ah excellent news, put up that ticker, I get confused easily and forget how many weeks you are!

Hi Ladies! Hope everyone is doing well. I'm going to doc this afternoon for my crohns. Hopefully I can start to be titrated off the steroids I am on. I am feeling better, and Would really like to have attempt for January. I just hope doc is on board. I can see him wanting me on them for longer to be sure this flare is over.

I have been dieting pretty strict the last week. Then the last two days I was terrible. After I'm so mad about it. Will get back on the horse today, and I guess let myself have little cheats for Christmas. Do you think that makes that much of a difference for an attempt in the 4th week of January? If from the 1st week of January I'm super strict, and as much as I can from now until Jan 1st?

A couple of days 'off the wagon' never usually affected my PH, so I'm sure you will be fine, esp at this time of the year, I couldn't ever be 100% good!! xx

Hi ladies! Hope you're all well!

Indigoviolet so happy to hear your scan went well, that's great news!!

I've had a growth scan this morning and baby is doing great. I've had my first steroid injection this morning to mature baby's lungs and I'm due more blood tests and steroid injections tomorrow morning. Not much news I'm afraid as the doctors can't say what's gonna happen, it all depends on my blood pressure and how well and long the disease can be managed. The goal is still 37 weeks and then I'll be induced so 9 days! eeek! But things can change quickly so I need close monitoring. Still don't know what the plan is over christmas.. They told me this afternoon that in worst case scenario they might let me home for 3-4 hours so I can open presents with the boys, but I'm hoping to be let home for 24 hours... Well see what my bp does and what my blood results are tomorrow as well as protein count.. I'll keep you all posted! xxxx

Well, all set ladies, just to collect my Turkey crown (couldn't cook a whole one), visits to my brother and cousins as I am working tomorrow night and the ds1's prez to wrap tonight....Oh and to try and get my boys to sleep!!!! lol
