    Rainbow think I'll just stick to the rephresh then as the abstaining and cut off are probably really decreasing my chances as it is! Especially as my cycles are out of whack.

    Personally, if you are doing one attempt with cutoff I would not do antihistamine. The sperm needs CM to live in.
