Hi Ladies, I will be ttc in January as well. Probably thinking I will be O'ing toward the end of January if I do O. I bought an Ovacue monitor and found out my luteal phase is only 9 days! So I will be taking B-6 as well as vitex, fiber and baby aspirin. I am doing the LE diet and drinking plenty of CL. Good luck to all of you

We're still discuss FR vs. abstaining, though as of right now we're pretty sure DH is going to abstain. I wish I could find something that said one is better than the other for a girl sway. Maybe I'm missing it? I don't know.

I am not real sure, I have heard somewhere that abstain is better but my d/h cant make it past 5 days and that is boy zone... I think F/R is best for us. If i could get dh to abstain i would

With our boys, we were just DTD all the time!!! I mean ALL THE TIME! (Young 20s and full of energy, haha.) So the reason I'm leaning toward him abstaining is because that is opposite of what we did before. We didn't sway for boys at all, but I am trying to think back to diet and what all we did then, and try to not repeat this time.

when we concieved or son we dtd every day to every second day so there would of been a very high sperm count around o inside me so thats why this time i am getting him to release every day even twice a day not dtd just release and just have the one attempt to keep count low.. hope it works...
