It's going to be another big cheat day for me - we're off to have Greek food for supper! Once I'm back home on Monday, I'll have to get back into following the diet strictly, but for now I'm letting myself go over for sodium and just making sure not to snack between meals since I'm in the 2WW.

Well, yesterday was another not great diet day:
7am: coffee
12pm: mini low sodium bun with a tiny bit of mayo and a slice of swiss cheese, 2 shortbread cookies
5:30pm: dinner at a Greek restaurant. I had one piece of buttered bread with a teeny smudge of saganaki cheese, Greek salad, charbroiled vegetable shish kebab, rice, steamed vegetables and fries, which I dipped in tzatziki. I some vanilla ice cream for dessert.
9:30pm: went to a movie with DH - I had another handful of curd cheese I had smuggled in
, a handful of M&Ms and some Sour Patch Kids
I haven't figured out my totals, but I think I was probably fine for protein and calories, but likely very high in sodium. This is my last day at my Moms - I'll do the same thing today - not eat much during the day then eat a big cheat meal for supper. Tomorrow I'll be home and back to the LE diet full time...unless I get a BFP before that

1st Jan:
1pm: pasta + WW parmesan and pesto sauce, some home made cupcakes (very small ones)
7pm: winter veg soup and 1 slice of bread, some choc orange segments
think that's it for the day! this skipping breakfast thing is getting easier, and getting easier not to snack too

Good work, rainbow!
Today has not gone well so far. My Mom got everyone Wendy's for lunch. I managed to just have a small fries and a small Frosty, but that puts me at 435mg of sodium for the one meal alone. Everyone's having quail for supper, and my Mom has cheese pizza for me, so that number is only going to get higher. Good thing I'm going home tomorrow and can go back to pasta with creme fraiche and veggies every night!

That's less than half of the sodium you're allowed and only one of your two meals mocha - you'll be fine!

Yes, but the pizza I'm having tonight has at least 500mg per slice, and there's no way on earth I'm only have one...

I see your point - but I still think you've done amazingly given your circumstances these past couple of weeks!

Thanks, Z. I think I did pretty well when it counted most - during O time - but since I didn't really have many treats over Christmas, I'm making up for it now! I'm doing my best to still keep my blood sugar low, though. Hopefully I'll get my BFP in a day or two and none of this will matter...
