I drank PP tea 3 cups per day for about 8 weeks prior to my attempt. I had heard that you should not take it in the 2ww so after our first attempt this month, I stopped it after O. While I tried to keep my blood sugar low, I found I was MUCH hungrier without the tea. I tried replacing it with other drinks but it didn't help. Since I am not pregnant, I just restarted the tea and instantly, I am not hungry and it is easier to avoid snacking, I feel full longer, etc.
Does anyone know if it is safe to take in the 2ww? I feel like it would help a lot as it would be so much easier to stick to my routine.

I think they do much the same. I know spearmint also balances hormones.

After my experience with how it changed my appetite, I wonder if it "works" for swaying by helping us keep our glucose low rather than (or in addition) to the hormonal effect.

That could very well be the case! Thanks for sharing!
I notice that sometimes when I have drunk it (gives me horrid heartburn so I only drink it when I am stuffy) it almost makes me a little bit sick, so I can see how it can diminish appetite!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
