I was making my husband's dinner (when he is on shift, he isn't home until after 10 and is super sleepy as we both have to get up at 5.30am to get ready for work so I try to make his dinner so he can rush and have a bath, eat, then bed) and the cheese looked sooo good (I had already had my dinner and snack!) so I had two bites (there were four penne in total in the combined two bites)... and then he made himself crumpets (GRRRRR!) after dinner, and I had a small bite of that.
Snacking...
I should NOT be doing this right now!
Oh woe is me...
I'm hungry. The start of the diet, you have momentum and you're into it, then a month later it gets harder... and I get hungrier. I seem so hungry every day. I don't know if it is because of the time my cycle is at... sort of post AF and gearing up for O, maybe your body makes you want to eat more during that period? I AM HUNGRY!

suregena - most grocery stores have shirataki noodles, which are pretty much the same thing as Miracle Noodles, but waaaay cheaper. They usually have them in the refrigerated section where you might also find things like Wonton wraps, etc.

I live in the UK and I HAVE tried looking for them because they sound GENIUS... but no luck. I live in a small town, so they're definitely not here... and I have also checked big towns. I could get them online... but, eh.
If I don't get pregnant this month, I'll order some.
