I'll have to look for the noodles, I am so hungry too! I am eating more because I am hungry and am trying not to lose more but I don't want to gain either! I wonder if my whole foods has them...

I agree-I think the Ryvita whole grain crackers are too healthful to eat everyday. Once in a while is ok though. Find something with rice or corn instead!

Amari, our Whole Foods has them. I've also seen them at Wegman's, Harris Teeter & Giant. I prefer the fettuccine ones FWIW. Sorry you UK swayers can't find them.

I've been using original ryvita crisp breads for lunches and have recently gone to the cracker breads as they are even lower. Hope it's not negative in my sway, but it's the only option to keep my lunches simple, easy, and stress free. Oh well. *shrug*

I have just eaten a whole 100g bag of jelly beans an hour before lunch, oops. to be fair, the time between me waking up and my lunch time at work is about over 7 hours...

I'm getting hungrier too Suregena. I ate about 500 cal worth of frozen yogurt last night.

Speaking of sweets...I'm having friends over for dessert and drinks tonight. Any pink-friendly dessert ideas I can make or buy? Thanks!

That's 395 calories in one go.

I mean, at least it's not chocolate. My lunch is soon and now
I feel a bit ill... candy belly. I feel like everything I do will ruin my sway... and now friends are visiting tonight/tomorrow and she likely will be wanting to go out for meals. I should O on the 18th.

    Siiiiiiiigh...

Are those whole grain as well? Here's the thing...Even if they're whole grain and you eat them every day, it by no means is guaranteeing you've ruined your sway. I only say don't eat whole grain every day b/c the most extreme/best way to sway that we know of is steering clear of whole grains and opting for lower nutrients. Will that work for everyone, everyday? Nope! Even though others say there is only one way to sway and you have to "do these 7 things otherwise your sway won't work", that it not true at all. There are different degrees of swaying and you and the others on this thread are already doing so much to tip the balances. Is what we're doing enough???...Who knows! I guess we'll find out (hopefully soon!). One thing for sure is that we're definitely swaying and we're doing the best we can. I am completely guilty of a few blue-swaying additions to my diet (green drink, seaweed, stevia, lots of veggies...etc. ) but for me, I cannot go "all the way" and give some of these things up and I've made peace w/that. Giving up the whole grains (and healthy nutrients I'm eating) would be in a girl swayer's best interest for sure, but is by no means a must for everyone. Sorry for the rant...just didn't want everyone feeling like they're a failure b/c they are including a certain thing in their diet.
