I really need some help with my supps. I am 5'7" started diet at 113/115 and hit 108 today. The lack of nutrient rich food and all the supplements are making me feel a little dizzy. I have been on GD and IG for the last week, every second I can, trying to figure this all out. A little background. We have one dd 15,ds13, ds3 and ds1. I am desperate for another dd. A sister for Olivia. I had a miscarriage very recently.
I am worried my FSH may be high do to my age. I had my 4th baby 10/13/10 at 38. I'm now 40.
Here are the supplements I have been taking, what do you think I should drop or even add?
Cal citrate 1000
Mag 160
Folic acid 800
super strength cran 10,000(might start taking less because drinking Trader Joes)
Vit c 500.
B6 5o
Vit E 200
Saw palmetto 320
I am drinking a ton of caf. free diet coke with extra aspartame. Aspartame with everything.
I use Rephresh every 3 days. I am having dh frequent release and starting around day 11 bd once a day with J&D shortly after (maybe 10 mins). I am also using Syllk lube. My Hannah ph tester will be here this week so I'll double check all the ph before. My normal cycles are 34 days. That's all. Please help me I am getting depressed because I think I'm doing some wrong things. Thank you in advance you special ladies!

Needing some help from the pros!

I am by no means a pro -- just someone who's been reading these boards for months!
Please someone correct me if what I'm about to say is wrong, but since low-nutrients are part of the low-everything diet, I think the suggestion would be for you to drop all of the supps you have listed above EXCEPT for folic acid and Saw Palmetto ... use baby aspirin in place of the cranberry ... and perhaps consider adding Vitex. Atomic says she's seen a lot of opposites with cal/mag (and had one herself) and that baby aspirin has all the advantages of cranberry without near as many risks. I'm not 100 percent on the Vit C, Vit E or B6 (hopefully someone can chime in), but I think the fewer nutrients you add on top of your diet, the better.
Some of the suggestions on Gender Dreaming are going to be different than over on InGender, so there are some areas where you'll have to determine which route is right for you. Best of luck!2005

Thanks to both of you. I am definitely a junk food junkie lately so hopefully that will help. Lot's of empty cal stuff.

I answered you more in your otehr thread, but I would DEF. drop the Vit. C, E, B6. Personally I would drop cal and mag, but that is up to you.
I would increase folic to 1200 or more because it may help prevent birth defects more common in older moms.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
