My Give Me A Baby Plan... With A Little Sway!

USING DEVICES
I am not using a monitor or temping so I will only use cramping as a sign.
I may test ph right around O but I may not since I will not be using anything to lower ph if it is high.

IONS & MOON
I should be Oing 1-4days after the New Moon.
I have a house full of about 30 med-large size plants, most bought in the last 18mths.
We have a large Crystal by the bed that was given to us recently by my greatgrandma-in-law.
We keep the curtains open all day and spend about 1-2hrs outside, we are having a warm winter.

DIET and EXERCISE
I eat food... healthy kind and no junk food. I gave up anything sweet including fake sugars.
I walk outside 1hr a day, 30mins on the exercise bike in the morning, and 1hr of Zumba (2 on the weekend).

SUPP, HERBS, PILLS
Vegan Prenatals + extra FA, 25,000mg Cranberry (I have tons to use up), Zrytec and Benidryl (mostly for allergies to the cat and outdoor plants), and Soy Isflavones CD4-8.
Hubbies pills (mostly because he is dieting) Mens Multi, Cal Carbonate, Iron, A, E, C, and 6,000mg of cranberry just incase.

OTHER
I used to J&D, right away, but this time I am using a million pillows for 15+mins.
No gels, douche, lime tampons, or anything that will kill the chances of getting pregnant.
12+ large boxes of girls clothing in my closet and NB-3mth in the dresser by my bed.
Lots of tearfilled praying!

I'm praying for you and me both. Sounds like you're doing great. I had a BFP last month with my new favorite product, Rephresh. I feel like it will sway girl but the sperm will make it to that egg in waiting. Going on my BFP last month.

Someone else will give much better info. I'm still getting into the swing of all of it myself. I understand the girl clothes. They literally make me crazy. I even bought something today!! I just feel positive we're going to make our dream come true.

Sounds perfect PP One suggestion...which I know is more boy than girl sway to some, but it didn't hurt me this time around....is have an O before having sex. It'll create a great environment for those little swimmers and make sure you don't prop too high-just a slight incline. Otherwise the sperm just gather around the base of the cervix which makes it harder for them to get inside the cervical os. When I got preggie with this one I had tons of ewcm...didn't affect the outcome at all. Good luck hun xo It'll happen!!

Sounds awesome!!!! I am not doing much to sway anymore either...After trying since last June I just want another baby...I am trying soy this month as well from 3-7 and I will prop up after too, no gels or anything else....Good Luck, we are cycle buddies

I had the bigO just before my DP when my DD was concieved, we DTD every second day, wasn't swaying but was not eating breakfast.
