? when to take Zyrtec

I plan on doing frequent bd frm end of AF to a 2-3 day cut off. So when do i need to take Zyrtec? and for how many days? Thanks

Every day of your cutoff through O and sooner if you have EWCM before that. So with a 3 day cutoff I would take it on Attempt Day, the next day, the day after that, and then on the day I expected to ovulate. But if you had EWCM for two days before your attempt day, you MUST take it those days too.

If you want to take it after O that's up to you, personally I wouldn't because I don't want to mess with an egg that might be fertilized (the egg will need some fluid to move through on the way to implant in the uterus.)
