thanks for the advice on rephresh its weird as before the diet my ph was 7.5 !!! and now is 4.5 and went to 4.75 just before ovulation (thats if i worked out when O actually was) its just il be on clomid next month for my first attempt and i dont want to be on it for long as i used it 3 times in the past with 2 pregnancies, worked a charm for me before, but didnt know if your supposed to use rephresh if you have a low ph to begin with if you know what i mean,
YIKES...Auroara is right...No RepHresh/Replens on Clomid...Just try to get preg ASAP and don't mess around w/that stuff at all! The diet is powerful and probably doing enough swaying for you!

LOL...totally thought you were sprouting a little bean in there! NEXT MONTH!

LMN7, here's the deal...While taking Clomid you never want to take Replens/RepHresh regardless of your pH. If I were you, I wouldn't even give it a 2nd thought and I know Atomic has said the same thing in the past.

If you weren't taking Clomid and your pH was still so low, you could still entertain taking RepHresh as semen raises your pH in there (your pH of 4.5ish will go up when he ejaculates) and the RepHresh would just bring it back down. Having said that, it takes some women a very long time to conceive while doing the diet + RepHresh + other swaying tactics.

my ph is low too -- in the 4's because of the diet, but it raises to 7 when i dtd and his sperm is in there. with rephresh, it makes sure your ph is always low and at 4.5 even with the sperm up there

OMG Rainbow that is soooo exciting!!! Congrats!!! You and dh must be thrilled! Yes please, do tell us your sway in a nutshell.

Oh my ladies, all this talk about rephresh is scaring me. I have always gotten pg 1st month trying with my boys but I was 22, 23 & 25 then......now I am 29 and my dh is 36 (almost 37) and I am a little worried it might not be as easy anymore. Eeek! Thank you for all your thoughts and info/experiences with rephresh. This will be my 1st month attempting with it. I was thinking of using it every 3 days as recommended and on the days we are attempting, using a tiny fingertip in the am (we will do our attempts 15 hours later in the pm) on the days in between the full app's. Maybe I should not use it the morning after the full app, but only tiny bit in the morning 2 days after the full app??? Maybe just stick to full app. every 3 days and no touch up?? I will only use a dab of sylk, not much at all. Tiny tiny little bit. Or should I drop the Sylk? And now you have convinced me, with all that I am dropping the j&d completely. Gonna lay there for 30 minutes after each attempt.

Hope&Dream -- I would gladly share my ivf experience with you. My opinion, stick to swaying -- its a lot of money and no guarantee's. Swaying is no guarantee's either but at least you are getting pg in the end and you are not throwing away ten's of thousands of dollars. If you only want another baby if it is a girl, maybe yes than try IVF - cause you will either not get pg, or get pg with a girl. With swaying you will end up pg, but it might be a girl or a boy. Most all pdg women who do ivf need at least 2-3 cycles to have success...and that's if they even achieve it at that point. So if you are gonna do it, be prepared to want to spend at least $40k if you really want to give it your best of best shots. You might get lucky, or you might be me. Message me.
