When we are talking about keeping BSLs stable what range is that referring to?
I check my BSL regularly at work and it is usually around 5.5-6mmol/l regardless of whether I have just eaten or am about to eat.

Don't worry about the numbers, worry about the stability. If it's usually the same, that's great and exactly what you're aiming for.

The only reason I really asked was because no matter what I eat or how long in between meals it is always the same. I know this is what we're aiming for but in a non-diabetic, BSLs would stay roughly the same give or take a little anyway. I just thought that when swaying blue we might be aiming for BSLs a little higher.

No, your body wants to keep them nice and normal and will try to reduce them if they go up higher than is normal. For blue, you want them even and steady all the time without wild fluctutions becasue high BS causes your body to release insulin, which then leads to LOW BS.

HI! this morning the doctor tested my sugar level. It was 70 and told me was "normal" between 80-130. (guess here the measure is different here from yours) I had breakfast milk, cereals, orange juice 4 hours before, and a coffe milk with sugar one hour before the test. So, my questios is...if my sugar blood level is so low (in my pregnancy and my other analytics in my adult life used to happens too, always sugar on the low side, but never has diagnosticated like a hipoglucemic person, itīs just Iīm always near the low limit...and actually I eat a lot and snack a lot!!) is not a typical girl mum sign?? I have a boy and although iīm still not swaying and plan to start LE diet next january, I would like to know what does a low sugar level in a persona who eats a lot ( Iīm not super thin, nor fat, Iīnormal) means, beacuse I have understood thatīs what I need with the LE diet, a low sugar level...
Thanks in advance!

We just don't know. There are some other people who have told me the same thing. I think it is most likely that because you tend to have lower than normal blood sugar, you may eat and snack more regularly and more than make up for it.
