Thanks for all your kind words of support everyone. I've gone home to be with my parents for a week. We're having our kitchen done so didn't want the boys around all the dust. Best thing for me at the moment to get away and get some support and be around my mum.
Pinga, congratulations and yes we'll be having boys at the same time. Hope you're feeling a little better today. Think it's going to take a little time xxx

Well doing better today. Not been tearing up every 5 seconds!! Just been feeling a bit flat. I'm glad its a weekend as DH is around. Been struggling a bit to be all cheerful with the boys. DH has been a sweetie. I think he is worried about me. He said to me earlier that he'd been focusing so much on the gender that he only just realised that we were going to have a new baby in the house and he was really excited by that.
Its hard. I'm not really thinking about bub yet... I'm thinking about what I'm missing out on. I know that I'll be 100% in love with my little guy. His kicks always make me smile.

You guys are the only ones I can talk to about it apart from DH. I can't talk to my sister - poor thing had years of infertility before having her daughter and the same for one of my brothers. My other brother is useless. My friends ALL have daughters (either one or two) and I've overheard them having conversations wondering why it would even matter if they had all the same gender.

The stupid thing is, when I think about telling people I feel embarrassed to have to say its another boy. I'm pretty sure I won't tell people - think we'll say we didn't find out. I can't face the comments from people. Its like naming your child - if you tell them before you get lots of comments but if you wait til they're born they can't say anything about it. Everyone will have to focus on what cute little boys we make.

maybepink - that will be nice having the support of your mum. I find I just want some space and time to myself so would be good if she can help entertain your boys. Hope you get to a brighter place soon.

Sunset - congrats on passing your driving test. It took one of my brothers 5 attempts!

    Good luck to those testing...

sunset - yes im at james cook the app letter said £4 per pic. im sure it was only £3 with ds1 and ds2

kell - my ds1 was 8,13 and ds2 was 9,7. no wonder i couldnt give birth nautrally as im only 5ft and can wear 14 year old clothes.

Pinga - glad your feeling a little better today. i too only feel i can tlk about my gd with you guys and a little bit with dp. Really when i think about it, i should really be able to tlk to my sister who is in exactly the same position as us. she has 3 boys and i know she would love a dd. unfortunately she is no longer with her partner (father to her boys) so i dont think she will have anymore children as shes 36 and is getting used to having her freedom and going out with the girls etc. but we dont tlk about it but we arnt really close anyways as there is an big age gap between us (12years) We used to joke when our mam used to say about wanting a grandaughter that the only way she would get one out of us is if our dad paid for us to have pgd but that was years ago now and thats the only thing we have ever tlked about.

iam also worring about telling everyone its another boy. i just feel everyone is wishing we have another boy as ppl can be nasty like that.

I was reading your posts just now and I just got a text from a friend who has just had a baby girl...lovely...but she has 'stolen' my name, so sad feels like I was never meant to use it and this is definitely a boy now.

Pings- glad you are feeling a little better, I will feel just the same and not want to tell people, like you said, by the time the baby is born they just have to be happy for you. ((hugs)) hon, you will get there and he will be such an amazing addition to your family, you won't be able to imagine life without him.

I have a little boy in my class who is the youngest of 3 boys and he is the MOST lovely boy I have ever met, so kind, considerate, sweet, funny etc. I thought yesterday that if this is my third boy, if he's anything like this one it would be wonderful.

Hugs Indigo xx It is hard to find a friend has given birth to a girl. Those feelings never seem to get any easier.
My friend who knows I would of liked a girl said you might get to use your girl name at last when I saw her this week - I have had the same girl name since pg with DS1 (8 yrs). It made me feel very sad and made me realise that I will never have a mini me, I will never know what my DD would have looked like

BUT I still think you've got every chance of a pink bean growing in there so don't get too down just yet.... xx

P.S My DS3 is a real sweetie - he is 3 now and was hard work as a baby compared to the other two, very stubborn and strong willed (don't know who he takes after..LOL!) but he's outgrown a lot of that now and is very affectionate and cuddly. I went to see a medium when he was 2 and she described him as a 'Spirited Child' and I have loved that description ever since
