    ttc girl on weight watchers

    hi oh has argeed to ttc sooner than planned(yay)
    i am doing weight watchers now and can have 31 points a day
    does anyone know how many cals are in a weight watchers piont?
    also we booked our summer holiday for june and he wants to try while on hol,i am guessing all the sun and fresh will help right?
    lost 7lb in 3 weeks upto now so 18 more weeks untill hol hopefully will shift another 3st by then.
    do you think i still need to switch diets?

    forgot to say i drop a point on losing so much weight or getting a year older,points will not drop below 26 a day tho,and i get 49 a week on top of daily points to use how i like they never change.

    ynwa, I was on weight watchers a year ago. I'm not sure as to how many calories that equals up to but I would suggest you track what you eat somehow. I am tracking everything on myfitnesspal. I love it.. it's very helpful. I don't see why you would need to get off ww as long as you are also following the guidelines from whatever diet you decide on from here. GL

    50 cals = 1 point roughly. They make some allowances for foods that are high in fiber.

    Actually sun may sway blue slightly by raising Vit. D levels and testosterone. But the lower stress on holiday may help! I know ion-believers think fresh air sways pink but I don't believe in ions for swaying - doubt it can hurt.

    I do think you still need to limit your protein to 40-50 g a day, limit fat to 20-30% of your calories, and avoid meats and healthy fats all together, but if WW works for you otherwise, no need to change your diet.

    Thanks atomic I plan to cut out meat altogether,may leave ttc until after hol then,so 31 points is within the limits of the diet:.)
