Right now Im going to say this but do not get worried, I also see a foot and if you follow the outline back up the leg you can see the leg shape too going back up.

BUT ............. there is no doubt you would see a turtle poking over the top of the foot in that position lol, and there is no way the tech would have missed that so if they said girl I 100% agree that is a girl. They would have got lots of glimpses in that position if were a boy!
