Maybe, GD has been the worse thing in my life and with it the guilt, anger, all the emotions we have all felt. I can't even begin to truly believe I'm having girls until they are here and safe and well. Things are still so uncertain in my mind. I feel for ur parents, that must of been just awaful, but also feel for you and your sister growing up feeling the way u did, I just can't imagine. I was told many years ago I might have trouble having kids, had tons of tests and thankfully I have been very fortunate and had my 2 beautiful boys and 2 more babies on the way.

I just felt prob more for his wife while watching the show (after having a stillborn), just hoping she didn't see his GD initially as once it had sunk in that his baby was here and well, nothing else would matter. But can totally appreciate his feelings. It was hard to watch the reality of GD on TV and from also from a man's perspective,prob as I knew how he felt for those first moments and it made me look back and feel very guilty about my own GD lying on that operating table having ds2.

Indigo, you never know!! Not without a clear view?? Was it a private scan? Aren't they meant to ask u back if you don't get a good view?

Indigo ~ sorry you didnt hear pink but you never know, if baby was in the wrong position and you didnt get a clear view it could easily go both ways! are you gonna have the gender confirmed at your 20 week scan?

this is exactly how i felt when i was pregnant with dd.. i never quite believed it.

AFM i know itsa mememme at the mo i booked the scan! 13.10 tomorrow x havnt told DH yet i think i will i think i will get the lady to write it down so we can open it together or he will be peeved. Our one does seem to do late night and not many mondays or sundays DH best days! Rebooked 4d for easter hols too.....god how much money :S although not paying for the gender one as a gift and its my birthday in april so will say to DH just to pay for that!

Indigo I'm sorry you don't know anymore, I thought it was private? Are you going back like inglewood said? I hope the tech was wrong in swaying towards boy, it seems a bit weird not to be sure at this stage. And I was under the impression boys bits were pretty obvious?

Hi Gecon, I didn't get Af until I stopped breastfeeding ds1 at 13m got af straight after and fell pregnant month after that. with ds I fed for a bit longer and my af were really all over the place for months and would go for months without them.
I use the ebay cheep pregnancy tests too along side the more expensive brands.


Indigo sorry to hear the scan wasn't 100% can't you go back and get them to confirm as it was a private scan?

Charlie, bet your so excited! Will u tell dh u are going? and u will ask for it to be written down? The 4d in April is a fab b'day prez idea and will u take the boys? I wrote on the paper BOYS and GIRLS with tick boxes incase she was funny about putting it in her handwriting. She couldn't say tho, but it was a 2d NHS scan. If urs is a gender scan it will be 3/4d? x
