Hi girls
just wondering if there are nutritional guide lines for DH in regards to sodium, protein etc, like there are for DW? I couldn't find any info on this and DH is a personal trainer and consumes large amounts of protein (no red meat though). I think his salt intake is rather high too.

dh does not need to follow the le diet. If you want him to do something -- if he does not eat red meat (or no meat at all, even better) and tries to stay low fat that is excellent.
Paternal condition does not sway the way that maternal condition does. The objective for dh's is to lower their testosterone and sperm count.
You can lower testosterone through taking licorice root 3xday, and eating no meat and low fat. You lower sperm count by abstaining or frequent release. That is about all dh can do to help.
Oh, and most importantly, support the dw!2005;

You can also have him do cardio and not lift, if he will and I'm thinking not bc he is a personal trainer.

Thank you girls!
Yeah - no luck with the 'no lifting weights' thing - he wouldn't be into that at all.
DH had sperm test done a few years back and he had very low motility and low count. Would be interested to get it tested again.
