It's on Wednesday morning. I can't wait, although I'm also terrified there's going to be an obvious boy nub.

I'm jealous of you ladies still wanting some lovin'. My sex drive, which is never great to begin with, disappears completely while I'm pregnant. DH and I haven't dtd since we conceived in December. Poor DH!

As far as the lovin', my sex drive this time isn't all that high. I was way worse last pregnancy--I wanted it all the time!--and DH wouldn't touch me almost the entire 9 months. It sucked. SO far this time, he is still okay with sex. But once my belly gets too big, or the baby starts kicking, I can tell you he won't touch me with a 10 foot pole! It is actually pretty ironic that he is fine with sex this time, and I am not as interested as usual. I keep forcing myself, because it seems to make my m/s go away, and I always enjoy it once we get going....

Do you have to do other things to keep your DH happy? Or is he fine on his own?

My poor DH is one of those men who gets incredibly turned on by pregnancy...so my lack of sex drive is particularly hard on him.

I hope there's an obvious girl nub too! It would make it much easier to get through the next couple of months. If the nub is obviously boyish, I think I'll wait until my 20 week scan to confirm it. If it looks girly, though, I'm going to get a private scan since I'd LOVE to be able to start buying pink! Unfortunately, I hear the only private clinic near here will only do gender scans at 18 weeks at the earliest, so I'll still have to wait a while...

Thanks, Hope! In some ways I can't believe I'm this far along either, and in other ways it feels like the loooongest 1st trimester in history - since there was so little time between my m/c and getting pregnant again (only 6 weeks).

I can't wait to hear the results of your blood tests next week! Here's some baby dust!

12 week scan in 12 days and I am still nervous... hate the feeling that previous mc's leaves you with
