Hi everyone, I am new to Gender Dreaming but have been looking into swaying pink for about 9 months now. I found out 2 days before Christmas that I was pregnant but I ended up having a miscarriage just over a month later. It's been a little over a month since then and we are starting over completely in our new journey. My last sway consisted of Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc tablets (it says 3=100%, I take 3 in the morning and 2 at night), Cranberry pills (1 is 4,200mg of fruit, it says to take 2 pills 3 times per day for bladder health, I was taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night), I avoided salt and potassium as much as I could and used rephresh when we bd'd to lower my ph. I'd like to do a little more and figured that diet would help but after reading some of this site, I'm a little more stressed than before and I've heard that stress raises testosterone which sways boy... Do you think the sway I had been using could be enough or should I put more into it? My husband is willing to take the supplements but at 41 years old, he's stuck in his eating habits so I know he won't do the diet part... What's your opinion?

Hi SM, welcome to GD
Sorry to hear you had a m/c. Diet is quite important when swaying, actually most of the ladies here take diet very seriously. There are many wonderful pink swayers here who will be able to give you the best tips and tricks, but it looks like you already know a lot. Good luck with your girl sway.
