My scan taken at 12w 1 day. What do you think?
I have my 20 week scan in 5 days so will update then. TIA
After 100% girl guesses, we found out bubs is a BOY!!!! No mistaking his 'bits' on todays scan. I'm so shocked as was really expecting to hear/see girl. We already have 2 lovely girls, so a little boy is the icing on the cake for us
I hope this brings hope to anyone wanting a boy with a girly nub at 12 weeks.

Is it definantly a girl would you say. I think it is more boy looking with a round end a slight angle if Im looking at the right bit lol? What bit is the nub, the bright white bit or underneath? I'm useless, sorry. xx

I am only just trying to learn about the nubs but this photo looks exactly like the girl nub given as an example on the study I read. Did you have a preference? I look forward to hearing how you go at your 20week scan. All the best.
To answer your question, I read that the bit you can see that is bright white looks flat when it is a girl and sticks up if it is a boy. The other ladies on here will be able to say if that is incorrect.

14Cycle 1 (Dr Lin, CA): ER 14 Jan 2011. 5 eggs, 4 mature and fertilised w/ ICSI. 2 probe. Put back 2 XX's. 5dp5dt - BFP. 9dp5dt - 64. 13dp5dt - 81 Stop meds. 19dp5dt - 330. 22dp5dt - 890. 3 scans show small empty sac not progressing. Final scan before D&C at 7w5d shows HB 116 & a 5.5mm embryo measuring 6w1d. 8w4d - HB 144 & fetus is 11.5mm! 9w4d - no HB.....
Cycle 2 (Genea): ER 8 July 2011 (after 10 wks on DHEA). 9 eggs, 5 fertilised w/ ICSI, 2 embryo's sent for aCGH day 6 biopsy. 29 July - both normal XX's!!!
Cycle 3 (Genea): Natural FET 15 March 2012. 4dp5dt BFP. 9dp5dt - 251. 12dp5dt - 949. HB 133 @ 6w3d. Born 6 Nov 2012.
