Inglewood - what could go wrong? Your in hospital, as long as they wip the babes out that's it. Even when I was readjusted with high bp for the third time and I felt rough I knew they still had a drip they could use if I came close to help syndrome. Nothing will go wrong. If it does the staff will put it right. Honest - these people genuinely care it's not just a job - you know that being a nurse x

Thanks for your lovely comments! Was feeling less anxious until ds2 (who is 5) drew a pic of me having the babies and wrote 'The operation will be safe' and 'Not dead mum' with an arrow pointing to me......... I was hysterical when he went to bed!! I've chatted about things to him and he doesn't seem to have a problem, Dh even asked him was he ok and he seems fine, but OMG!!!!! I even asked ds1 if ds2 had spoken to him and he said no. So trying to make it seem like a wee operation, unfortunatley it's a afternoon section, so I'll still be in bed when he comes, hope that doesn't worry him. kept thinking, 'My poor wee baby!' Having a fun weekend planned, cinema, garden centre (he loves it there) and out for tea (4 of us) on monday night.
You would think being a nurse and having 2 sections would make me be more sensible about it all......but no! lol Having these steriod injections sat and sun 9am and 9pm will be awful, 4 trips to the hosp (15 miles away), not just that, the 9pm ones will keep me up all bloody night!!!! Steriods shouldn't be given too late in the day! However, they are for a very good reason, 2 for that!!
Petal, wow, he's doing fab!! Hope he's alot better now? wouldlove to see recent pic's of him. Bet the boys are so excited about the holiday!! I sooooo love Ibiza!! A good time to go too, I've been late April/early May and it was lovely, not too hot, but just perfect!
Maybe, Hope the BF went ok today?
Babymad, hope ur ok and sleep well? My boys would LOVE to stay at the legoland hotel!! It was just being built when we were there in June last yr and they see it on Tv and ds2 screams with excitement. Don't think we'll see any kind of holiday for the next couple of years at least!
Night all, this Urine infection making it sore to sit at table for long, so off to do my hippo impression on the couch!!! will post a recent pic of my bump tom.....for a laugh!!! x

I had group b strep when I had ds1 except they didn't test before I was in labour so only found out days after he was born. It can be dangerous for babies, so it's really good they have found it now! Apparently the antibiotics need 4 hours to work and get through to baby.
I'll definatly be making sure I'm tested in this pregnancy!
Oh maybe what a day, hope things have gotten betterDS1-9

Hi ladies,
Babymad, we actually found a pretty good deal so it hasn't been overly expensive. Mind you it helps that there are still only 2 children and one isn't quite two so he flys v cheap! We are all sharing a room too. Having said that I expect everything out there will be pricey so it will add up!
Inglewood, one week! Wow! All will be fine Hun, i can't wait to hear about their arrival!
Maybe, annoying about breaking down. Hope it didn't take too long to be rescued and fixed! Glad you had nappies! Made me laugh about your 15 hr nappy strike! I'm sure Little Ashton didn't mind!
Kell, I'd stick you all in my suitcase if I could, mind you have already started packing my summer clothes in and there's not much room left!
Hope it's been a good day for those ladies feeling down. I spent the morning at toddler group talking to is mum who only wants another baby if it's a girl. Still find it annoying that someone would say that to a mum of only boys. I obviously replied with only boys make me broody (which isn't a total lie!) and I really think I'm expecting a boy and I cant wait. Funny how we say all sorts to protect ourselves and our family!
Anyway only 4 or 5 hrs sleep last night due to my ragbags so off to sleep now to try and catch up.... If they'll let me! Quieter day tomorrow so hopefully catch up with you all better. X2007
