Didn't work for me. First baby was on the left transvaginal and hes all boy, second baby due Sept. 1st was on right transvaginal and just found out its another boy. And I believe from what i read that if it was a transvaginal you don't need to flip it because its already correct. Good luck anyhow and Congrats.

im really confused by this theory, as i thought if was a vaginal scan no need to flip but if was an abdomen scan then you had to flip.
I just had a 6 week scan but no pic. It was viginal scan and everything was on the left.
Ho hum will have to wait and see...Mummy to 6 beautiful boysand expecting our

Complete opposite sides thru transvaginal meaning they were already in the correct spot, no flipping needed but i have read cases where it was correct for people so maybe I was just one it didn't work for lol either way I'm excited.

im not sure if this helps anyone but this was transvaginal and during the scan ultrasound lady said several times that the baby ,yolk sac ect was on the very far left of me, she also had the wand always pushing to the left of me through the whole scan ,but in the photos they baby appears to be on the far right so i would say that transvaginal images do have to be flipped , hope this helps
