We're co-sleeping here tooDavey will have his last feed about 10pm, then fall asleep in the basket for a nice little stretch, then sneaks in the bed under mum's armpit in the middle of the night, heaven knows what time?
I think he's gonna grow up a lover of italian food as I just can't shift the onion/garlic odour from under my arms atm lol

Little man slept for 7 consecutive hours last night! I've already managed to feed 3 of the 4 kids (dd3 is still asleep), pack their lunches and eat breakfast myself. It's shaping up to be a very efficient day!Chloe 3/1/2002,

TTC5, I sooooo believe you are going to hear boy...that was the most boyish nub I've seen on here....I would find out for sure if I had that much confidence in my nub shot
Begonia & 3pinks--> DS2 had unbelievable colic because of a milk protein allergy and he was a nightmare until 8 weeks old, when his issue was diagnosed. He was cranky, miserable, sick after eating but coudln't get enough of the boob, it was a diaster. And of course the bad thought kept popping in my head: "If only this was girl instead, she wouldn't be this fussy, cranky, etc etc." Which is ridiclous to think since his allergy had nothing to do with his gender and just an issue he had. Once we got him fixed up, he was a much better baby, but still I 'd look at him and go.....why couldn't you have been a girl? How terrible, huh? I never had that issue with DS1, though I had longed for a girl with him too, once he was born, I just fully accepted him and thought I could try again. With DS2, I thought constantly about trying again but worried if it was another boy? Then I'd be out of chances to have a daughter....
I'm glad you got some sleep, begonia, and hopefully DD3 will sleep good for you soon. Once we got DS2's mlik allergy problem under control, he started to sleep better, though DS1 slept thru the nite at 6 weeks. DS1 has always been amazing about being well-behaved, except when it comes to a few things. I think what also impacted my feeling about DS2 was the fact that DS1 was such a crazy good baby, the easiest baby ever, that not only was DS2 the wrong gender, he's always been a handful from day 1, and that also made it harder to deal with him....
Wow, sorry for crashing the thread and writing and essay
