TTC5, I glad it was nothing--but still scary! What did the dr recommend you do?

TTC5: Wow what do they think it was, if it was not fluid? My ex-SIL went to the ER because she said her water had broke and was everywhere, it was her first child and ended up being that she wet her pants....lol. It was funny, but everyone was sooo happy it wasn't her water.
girlmom: Any update?
I had my normal OB appt today everything is fine and baby is growing like expected. They did have an emergency at the office while I was there....so sad. A lady pg with her first child had her water break while signing in for a reg appt, she is only 25 wks. They were preparing to life-flight her to another hospital with a better NICU. I said a little prayer while waiting, poor girl.
The birthday party went great and I am glad to be relaxing a bit. Next week I plan to start washing baby clothes. I normally procrastinate until I only have a couple weeks left and then I have such a hard time bending over and such. I have got to be more on top of it this time.thank you GD

WP, you are smart to get going on the baby clothes now! I always wait too long and have the same issues. I can barely move towards the end of pregnancy! Have you decided if your fella is Gideon or Gabriel?

They didn't say, only that it wasn't ruptured membranes, cervix closed and the swab was negative for amniotic fluid. It def wasn't urine though as it had a tinge of watery blood to it?

im just miserable. im still pregnant but im 30 weeks now which i know is early but i feel pretty confident he will be ok if born now. he did get alot of steroids. everything on me hurts. i know some ladies go 42+ weeks but omg if i have to be another 10 weeks like this im going to cry. im leaking fluids out of my top half and my bottom half. i have stabbing pains up and down my girl parts everytime he moves. im pumped so full of medications im loopy most of the time, but if i don't take them i start contracting. im just so done.

Girlmom: Your doing so great!!! 30 wks is awesome. I am so happy for you that he has gotten the chance to have a few more weeks to grow. You are going through way more than most women do even if they go 42 wks (been there).
thank you GD

Wow, it is dead around here...
TTC5: When is your next appt?
Tink: You have to keep checking in. It won't be long and we will be stalking your delivery.
Hobber: What about you? When is your next appt?
This is my big week to get all the baby clothes and things washed and put away. I am looking forward to getting the clothes off the floor and maybe even get hubby to paint within the next couple weeks. I just have to be more prepared this time. We have been fighting off an aweful stomach bug on top of all the normal busy spring things we have going on. DD3 is having a hard time getting over it.
I hope everyone is well.thank you GD
