I've probably lost a pound so far... I keep dipping in and out of 116-118, though.

My last attempt in December/January, I was down to 103 at the lowest...

It takes nooooo time at all to gain all the weight back, eh?!

UGH!

Oh well. *shrugs* My calories are above where I'd like them to be (pushing 1,600) and my fat/protein higher than I am comfortable with (fat: 36, protein: 42) today... so that won't help me lose weight. I've been trying to hover around 1,200 cal per day because being higher makes no difference.

I hope I can at least drop 2 pounds prior to ovulation, at the very least. I guess I'll just have to drop lower... don't know what else to do.

Suregena- it's so hard right. Maybe keep cals where u are And week of O drop to 1200. Just a thought. If I ate 1600 I'd gain if u stay the same or drop little by little this would work

Ok beware could be TMI ahead but... advice needed urgently! I have taken antihistimines to dry cm. Am due to ovulate either Sunday or Monday, waitin for opks to arrive and anyway just tried checking ph with what cm war there and it is clear with a little bit of white in it and stretchy like 3 fingers wide before it snapped. Question is, do you think this is my cm indicating early ovulation? Or had unprotected sex lastnite and both had big o so could it be leftovers? Did use lime tampon for couple hours afterwards. Please let me know your thoughts.

I get EWCM for about 4 days before I O then virtually dry up at OPK so given you are due to O this weekend, it could be early EWCM. The antihistimines would have helped to dry it up anyway and I wouldn't worry about the big O as I am not sure it is a deal breaker, so long as you are good on the diet and happy with the rest of your sway you will be fine. Hi May, never heard of a cervical erosion? What is that? Sometimes I have a little spotting after DTD, so is that what you are referring to?

Hi KD, it is a condition of your cervix that is usually caused by a hormone imbalance. It causes spotting cycle round, very little CM and bleeding after DTD. I had one about 10 years ago and had to have it lasered (that was pleasant!!!!)

After consulting with the fab AS, I am not convinced it is the same thing and I may just have an irritated cervix due to the vitex and DTD. Am attempting this month regardless so have already got in a few attepmts and will hope to get in a few more yet!

GL for your attempt this month, we are virtually at the same point - will be stalking for BFP later in the month! xx

Im actually thinking of throwing much of the stress inducing planning out the window, the temping, the charting, the opk's and just get DH to FR from CD1 for 10 days and then start DTD daily for about 4 or 5 days. Based on my charting for the last 3 months i Ov on CD 13-15 so i think that will cover it. Obviously i would keep up the diet and supps strictly.
What do you girls think??? Hindering or helping???
Im hoping maybe that it might help as it will be less stress, and as timing doesnt matter so much, do i really need to temp, chart and OPK?
Or am i affecting my sway by not being meticulously calculated about the timing?
The other downside is I wont know for certain when I have O'd...maybe just keep up the temping so I know once i have O'd but skip the OPK ?

I think it is a great idea and exactly what I am doing this month. I started off totally obsessed with getting it right and as the months have gone on, I have dropped virtually everything except watching my diet and FR. To quote AS, you can't get your desired gender if you can't get pregnant! This is month 8 TTC for me now so am just rolling with it and praying for a BFP (a pink one preferably!!!) Good luck and hope this is the month for us all! xx

And you are right - we all have such different stress triggers! For me, OPKS are stressful...mainly because i am anally retentive, I always have to do it at the exact same time, i stress about how long i have held my bladder for and need it to be the same amount of time for each test, which means i stress about what i have drunk...ergh - wish there was a switch for stress!

Now that I am pregnant with my DD, I wish I knew the magic thing that made her into a she, so I could share it with you all....wish I knew what things in my sway really worked to have tweaked the odds to the girl side, lol.

oh auroara i wish you knew too! I reckon by the time our kids are having kids, the 'sway' will be an official process that will probably come in a pill, or with a specially prepared diet delivered straight to your door (like the weightloss diets they have these days) LOL

kiesse - have you done an opk? would that help give you any clues? what about your temps? do you get a pre ov dip?

maybe - sorry to hear about the cervical erosion, fingers crossed AS is right about your current symptoms being Vitex and dtd related! Best of luck hun Will look forward you your BFP!! Thanks for your words - you are very right..you know oddly enough, the longer we are TTC, the more by Gender Desire just turns into Baby Desire...which is probably a good thing...whenever i see a little baby boy, i picture having another one...and whenever i think about the baby being a boy instead of girl, i dont feel that pang of 'disappointment' like i did a couple of months ago. Hopefully that feeling stays with me, in case it is a boy when we conceive..

Thanks so much for the info. I never heard of cervical erosion until I saw your post. We are cycle buddies for sure, but my cycle is about 28 days verses your 26. How long it your LP with a cycle that short? and I will be stalking you for a BFP as well!!! Many blessings!!!

Goodness, 5 DTD days in a row...Lord, please let me be able to keep up with my DH, he is trying so hard to give me a baby this month. He is so into it and I guess it's because it's more than likely our last Clomid month and he is just wanting to finally get our daughter on the way for January or twins in December. My OPK's are starting to show the second line, so O is soon I hope LOL!!!

I was wondering if with Clomid is it just a chance of twins when you use it or can there ever be triplets LOL!!!

And what about the Super Moon this weekend? I am sure that is a major full super BOY moon!!! and that is just the time I am to O unless it happens today LOL!!!
