Diet After Ovulation? Did you continue and was your sway successful?

    Hi everyone,

My question is as the post says. I am wondering what the impact is of changing diet after conception has occurred. I've swayed girl and am very proud of my diet in the run up to ovulation but I binged from about 3/4 DPO to BFP. I would love to know if you have done similar and if you think it affected your sway outcome.

    Thanks in advance.

Ive been swaying boy for the last 6 months, and i honestly fell off the wagon in the 2ww every time, only because i was hoping to have concieved and thought well nothing can change the sex of the baby now... But in hindsight, i should have stayed strong because getting a BFN puts you back at the drawing board and then you doubt yourself for the next cycle, because of the cheat.

I did happen to stick to diet the month I got pregnant.

I wouldn't waste a minute of thought or concern if you got a BFP already and didn't binge until AFTER ovulation. The baby cannot change gender after ovulation, the reason we stick to the diet is because a)it may help development of XX vs. XY to do so (the baby's gender won't change, but you might help your DG to develop optimally and implant) and b) that way you haven't lost any ground if you DO get a BFP.

You have nothing to worry about! Congrats!!!
