dloui-I kinda agree. We aren't finding out. Didn't find out with the first, found out with the second and preferred not knowing. I think I would have less gd at birth b/c at least you have your baby! Plus, it is really fun to find out at birth!!

I've got to know. I've got to know. No way I can wait until the baby is born. I had a dream I had a girl, but I have such a strong feeling that this is a boy. If I waited my head would probably explode.

I also HAVE to know....I also found out with my other 2....I had a dream that mother who passed away last Aug told me it was a girl and she was so happy.....I pray that she knows something that I dont ......I have another ultrasound on Sat.....I am nervous and excited.....I hope everything is still good in there!

I am so ready to be done with this stupid m/s. This week has really sucked. I am nauseated 24/7. Blaaahh.. How is everyone else feeling?

Me too Hun. The Zofran doesn't even ssem to be helping anymore. Wish we could fast forward a month or 2!...preferably 2, then we could find out what we're having!

Yeah, I have to say I'm kind of over the whole first trimester adjustments. I'll be glad when this part is past.

On another note, I took my blood sugar today and found it was high, high, high! Yikes. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant with DS3 and it looks like I have it again. I'm going to have to seriously change my diet. Boo!

Just wanted to say - for any of you in the "older moms" category - LOL - who might be having the first trimester screen coming up - they originally scheduled my FTS to be done at 12 and 2/7. However, I was able to call them back and have it changed to 11 and 2/7. I don't care about the nub - I feel like it is too early at 12 wks and too many gals have been told their dg only to be crushed later. I cared more about having time to do the CVS if results were abnormal. If you would have a CVS for abnormal results, I would highly recommend you call and ask your blood work to be done a week or so ahead of time. I have seen so many women who go in for the US, get a borderline or abnormal result and have to agonize for a week until their bloodwork comes in. The US has to be done between 11 and 14 weeks but the bloodwork can be done anytime after 9 weeks. I asked to have mine done early and had my bloodwork done last Tuesday. This Tuesday I am having my US. They said they will do the US, call the lab that does the bloodwork, give them my result and we will be told the final results immediately. If they are positive, they will do the CVS right then. Of course, I am praying for totally clear, negative results but I am glad I won't have to wait at home fretting. (of course, I will for the CVS results if needed, but preliminary results are in the next day)

Had my 2nd ultrasound today....Everything is great!!!! the baby is measuring perfect at exactly 10 weeks....Was waving at us, could see the legs and arm bubs...And had a heartbeat of 168....I am totally relieved and I hope I can relax and enjoy this pregnancy more now....

Still also having nausea as well...starts around 11am and last all day until I go to bed...I am also exhuasted....I am hoping it will only be a few more weeks and we will start feeling better.....I am booking my gender scan on Monday...Then I will be able to countdown
