That's a bummer, Yuzu. How high was it? Had you eaten before?

It was 205, which is insane, but I had just eaten literally 5 minutes before. I took it after an hour and it was 140, better, but not great. I'll take a fasting in the morning and hopefully it will be down to 100.

Also, I'm having my bloodwork done this coming Friday since I'm in the older mom category. It'll be 10 weeks for me.

Yeah, basically you are done! Were you tested for diabetes anytime recently before your bfp? It is possible but a little early for GDM. Think you could have had DM before your bfp?

I wasn't tested, but I suspect I had pre-diabetes. I just don't want to face it! Diabetes runs in my family though. Sigh. I hope I can just control my diet and ramp up my exercise a bit because I just don't want to have to take medication. Makes me feel so old!

Ladybug~ Mine is the same way! By 11/noon I am totally sick tand spend alot of time laying down (seems to help) then goes away just before bed or sometime after I fall asleep. Booo. Hope you feel better soon!

I had my first appointment on Friday and got to see our little bean. Sitting perfectly in position, with a nice strong HB of 162! Was such a relief. Feeling quite good and relaxed now. I have my nt scan in 2 weeks. Can't wait!

On the topic of finding out, I didn't find out with our other two, but when DS2 was born, I did have a brief moment when they told me it was a boy when I thought 'I wish it was a girl'. It was only for 5 seconds, but I still feel guilty about having that thought in the moments after my precious baby was born. I want that out of the way before this one comes. It annoying, but I would like a surprise if it's a girl, but to know in advance if it's a boy. So going to find out this time. dH has wanted to know in advance every time, so no arguments from him about knowing!

How was everyones mothers day?
Mine went ok I had my parents and my in laws over, all they kept talking about was how this baby has got to be a boy and it would be so nice to have a boy blah blah blah WTF they were giving me anxiety since I think it will end up being a girl

This pregnancy stuff is a SLOW business. Tired of it already.

I feel your pain dloui128, my instinct tells me one day a girl-since i had pretty strong sway, another day a boy cause i just can't imagine to have a girl after two boys. I decide to do a bleach gender test and baking test on sunday, and got so upset cause bleach test came out -boy, baking test- girl. I am going to have my first u/s tomorrow to finally see the baby, i hope it is going to be a girl. We have only boys in our family and my mother in law keep telling me how we need a girl, no one knows yet that i am prego, except my DH. I want to keep it to myself cause i am not ready for any comments from anybody. I wish all our gender dreams will come true this year........................
