Okay, I did it. Sent out 3 emails with the news. I hope I don't have to talk to any of them tonight. Maybe they will email me back instead of calling.

I just recently popped out for REAL this past week (ya know, so it looks like actual baby bump instead of looking bloated or fat). Then again, I've sort of been gaining a bit more than I would like, too.
As far as movement, I've been able to really tell it's baby since around 15 weeks. But it's not consistent or powerful or anything. At this point I even get sort of a queasy feeling because it seems like baby is rolling around like crazy! I just know now that it's not my previous gas problems.LOL!

With my 2nd pregnancy, I started feeling movement around 18 weeks I think? Maybe 16? I can't remember. It was earlier than the first because I knew what I was feeling. Can't remember the 3rd but this time I think it was around 15 weeks or so? I popped out pretty quickly this time, and I am HUGE now.

I know a lady who hardly showed AT ALL and seriously I would not have even known she was pregnant if I didn't know. Her baby was just fine and normal sized! She just somehow had an amazing body that didn't show!

Pinkin, I don't remember when I popped out with DS2, only that it was earlier than with DS1. That whole pg was a blur, as I was so busy running around after DS1 and working! With DS1 I was 23 weeks before people were game enough to ask me if I was pg (I kept a diary with that one!) Movement wise, I thought it was around 17 weeks. This time I have an anterior placenta so think I may feel it quite late.
TTC5, the hospital that rehydrated you should have sent off a specimen. Seriously, if you are sick enough to need a drip, you are sick enough to find out what the hell is going on! I was 19 weeks when I got campylobacter with DS1, so very similar. DH got it as well (dodgy thai fish cakes that weren't cooked properly at a cafe). It runs your body down terribly, to the point that I almost needed a blood transfusion and DH got pneumonia. Anyway, I am hoping that it does not turn out to be that in your case, but if you are like me, you want to know one way or the other so you can be treated effectively. Your baby will be taking every little thing it needs from you and leaving you with nothing. They are very resilient, but it is horrible to go through. And yes, mine started with dreadful abdominal cramps and then the diarrhoea started and it continued for a week until I was diagnosed. I didn't vomit at all. Hope you get some answers soon. Keep up the gastrolyte!

Hey PP, yes they said they were going to get a sample but never did. They shoo you out the door fast as they get you in, our medical system here is a disgrace
Anyway my dr has given me a sterile container to get a sample and will run it through pathology soon as I go. He mentioned it sounds like the infection you mentioned above!

Same here, no vomiting either. Just excrutiating cramps and the runs, if it isnt runs it is really fluffy and soft like sorry TMI.
